1. The wagering base is deposit plus bonus
40x, calculated on the two amounts together rather than on the deposit alone. The first-deposit bonus runs on a tiered structure with a $30 minimum and $700 maximum per tier.
2. Taking a promotion doubles the usual requirement
That applies to the standard wagering requirement, not only to the bonus portion. It compounds with the point above.
3. Winnings from a code are capped at $50
On a welcome promo code the maximum withdrawable is $50; on a promotional or affiliate code, $50 is the maximum transferable to the normal balance once the wager lock clears. Anything beyond is forfeited. Free-spin winnings are separately capped at $250,000.
4. High-RTP slots do not count
